London Village Inns is a successful and dynamic family-run pub company that is owned by hospitality lifers Martin and Diane Harley who operate seven thriving diverse pubs, a unique Indian restaurant and three boutique guest houses in London.
Growing organically from a single pub, The Wrestlers in Highgate, their success at turning it into a thriving neighbourhood local helped them establish their reputation in the pub industry and paved the way for expansion.
Whatever the location, a London Village Inns pub delivers an authentic pub experience in a warm, relaxed environment that attracts a discerning and loyal clientele. Whilst their pubs are all different, great beer and a warm welcome are at the heart of what they do.
Booma, our restaurant serving delicious Indian food and great craft beer is situated in Brixton. Our award winning restaurant specialises in pairing great beers of the world with our delicious small plate Indian dishes. Booma is a unique and successful neighbourhood restaurant of which we are very proud.
Our beautiful boutique guest houses above the Rose & Crown and Brownswood have been individually designed to a very high standard, and welcome guests both locally and internationally.
Having established a secure and trusted management team and staff, overseen by our Operations Director Ozan Aydin, we are well placed for further growth, and are eager to develop and execute the exciting and innovative concepts we have in the pipeline.
Pubs
The Wrestlers
With its original fireplace, wooden furniture, and stained glass windows, together with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals, The Wrestlers is a traditional pub full of old-world charm.
Rose & Crown
Designed for Truman’s Brewery in the early 1930s by the highly respected pub architect A.E. Sewell, and granted Grade II Listed Status in 2015. The Rose & Crown pub and boutique guest house is a very well-known local landmark.
The Jolly Butchers
CAMRA nominated after only one year in business and one of the Guardian’s Top 10 pubs in Britain, The Jolly Butchers is a magnet for Real Ale, Craft Beer, and world-class lagers.
The Brownswood
This exquisite free house and kitchen has six beautiful individually designed guest bedrooms mixing the traditional with modern touches. The Brownswood is set over two floors with a beautiful large garden.
Crown & Anchor
Sister pub of the Jolly Butchers in Stoke Newington. The Crown & Anchor was completely renovated by us in 2012 and is now a haven for locals and beer lovers.
The Westbury
The Westbury situated close to the tube station, is a beautifully presented pub with an open plan kitchen and outdoor terrace. Awash with colourful local art creating a modern and vibrant space.
The Black Lion
The Black Lion is a beautiful period building based in Kilburn, North West London. The pub combines a dining room with stunning features and Grade II listed interior. 12 charming boutique rooms above are coming soon.
Our pubs are all unique, and each has its own personality and character.
Booma Kitchen
Booma Kitchen
The coming together of delicious Indian food and great beer and wine.
Booma is our contemporary North Indian kitchen concept, now served across selected London Village Inns pubs. Combining traditional cooking methods with modern presentation, the menu showcases tandoor-cooked dishes, layered spices and handmade naan breads – all designed to sit comfortably alongside great beer and wine in a proper pub environment.

Boutique Rooms
Rose & Crown
The guest house comprises 7 charming rooms. Each room has been individually designed, but still retain much of the appeal associated with their original features.
The Brownswood
The guest house comprises 6 beautiful individually designed rooms mixing both modern and traditional touches.
The Black Lion
The guesthouse comprises 11 elegant individually designed boutique rooms in this stunning grade II* listed building.
